Communicating with Susan and the team during set up was excellent and efficient. I knew I was in good hands. Our masseuse Gina always turned up before time with a bright smile and a great attitude. She quickly became the star attraction to our booth and we had a line of people waiting for her at all times. This was a great strategy for our booth. It meant that our sales guys had plenty of time to qualify and build relationships with the attendees before we introduced the sales pitch. By the time we had their details and a plan to get in touch they were up for their massage. It was a perfect slow sale technique and reinforced our brand. I really appreciated how she was able to invite guests to a massage, but also not interrupt business as we made sales.
